Tamworth Volunteer Centre Manager
Full-time – 37 hours per week
Fixed term to 31 March 2011
£27,052 + car allowance and pension contribution

This exciting post is at the heart of volunteering infrastructure in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.
Along with managing and developing the activities of Volunteer Centre Tamworth, your role will be to:

§ Support SCIO Volunteer Centres in collaborative planning and development of services, and implementation of agreed service standards

§ Identify and develop business opportunities to support the future sustainability of SCIO Volunteer Centres.

You will be an effective communicator, with strong influencing, negotiating and project management skills, and a track record in securing funding.

SCIO is a consortium of third sector infrastructure organisations, whose members are at the forefront of promoting, developing and supporting voluntary action in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
