Fresh Start New Beginnings is an innovative multi faith initiative founded by the Chaplaincy at HMP Shrewsbury, to relieve poverty and promote the care, resettlement, rehabilitation of offenders and ex-offenders, in particular but not exclusively by providing support services and mentoring on issues such as employment, training and housing, that will enable them to take control of their lives and remain free from offending.
